When I contacted Jihane, I was 40 LBS overweight. I was worried that the extra weight would create pain and restrict my mobility long-term. Losing weight was my top priority and my goal was to lose 10 LBS in 3 months. I was drinking everyday and afraid it might creep in when leaving my business. I wanted to make it an occasional thing.

Working with Jihane, I cut down on drinking, gradually increasing the number of alcohol-free days. As a result, I lost 5 LBS in the first 5 weeks.
